Posters

Poster sessions provide for interaction. Sharing your work with colleagues can lead to other collaborative ventures.

Posters MUST be created using a standard display board measuring 36" high by 48" wide. We cannot guarantee display of any other size poster.

Additionally, you may want to also provide a handout, pamphlet, etc. so attendees can follow up with you or obtain additional data.

While we typically have some easels and/or tables on hand for your use, availability varies by conference location. If your poster is accepted, please read your acceptance notice carefully regarding supports so you can plan accordingly.
