If your proposal is accepted, we will be sending you additional information. For example, we will be reminding you that you are responsible for providing your own materials and equipment (copies, laptop, projector, etc).

We typically have screens in all the presentation rooms, as well as easels for the poster sessions.

Regarding space, we attempt to identify "hot" topics and popular presenters and put those sessions in larger rooms if they are available. However, it is very difficult to predict which sessions will be most popular.

Convention hotels tend to suffer from "Goldilocks Syndrome," in which many rooms are too small, some are too big, and very few are just right. We try to recommend that attendees select several sessions in each time slot so that they can go to another choice if the first room is too crowded.

Also, we request a digital copy of your presentation in advance of the conference for distribution to our conference attendees and members immediately following the conference.
